Toller Bürostuhl
Habe den SmartSeat schon eine Weile in Gebrauch und fühle mich sehr wohl damit. Der Aufbau war einfach und gut erklärt. Würde ihn bisher auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Bin gespannt, wie die Lebensdauer ist.
Ich brauchte einen neuen Bürostuhl und hatte bei diversen Tests diesen Stuhl gesehen, der im Verhältnis zum Preis super abgeschnitten hat. Die Lieferung war super schnell und der Aufbau fix und einfach. Das Material ist sehr wertig und stabil, zumindest auf den ersten Eindruck.
Der Stuhl ist auch super bequem. Ich habe jetzt schon mehrere stundenlange Schichten drin gesessen und mein Rücken dankt es mir! Besonders aufgefallen ist mir die klare, eindeutige Aufbauanleitung, mit deutschem Text, der nicht automatisch aus dem chinesischen übersetzt worden ist!
Nach dem Aufbau bemerkte ich eine winzige (!) Macke im Stoff der Rückenlehne und schrieb den Service an, hauptsächlich, um den Schaden "aktenkundig" zu machen, falls es später mehr geworden wäre.
Die Antwort kam praktisch sofort und ich bekam eine komplett neue Lehne!
Ich kann den Stuhl voll weiterempfehlen!
Nach Auslieferung habe ich etwas 20-25 Minuten benötigt, den Stuhl aufzubauen. Die Montageanleitung war sehr verständlich, die Schrauben und das Werkzeug vollständig, sogar Ersatzschrauben wurden mitgeliefert. Der Stuhl sieht sehr wertig aus, die Einstellmöglichkeiten sind sehr vielfältig. Einzig die Gasfeder ist nicht einstellbar, das wäre noch eine Verbesserungsmöglichkeit. Der Stuhl ist für den günstigen Preis sehr hochwertig. Über die Haltbarkeit kann ich natürlich noch keine Aussage machen. Insgesamt bin ich mit dem Kauf sehr zufrieden und hoffe, dass ich lange Freude an dem Bürostuhl haben werde.
